Great list. I must say I have mixed feelings about Japan, for a lot of the reasons you mention. Not that it's ever been an issue, because it hasn't been a duty station available to us so far...but you never know!
I feel the same about Japan. How long was he there?
I didn't think of kix what a perfect cereal.
Love your blog!
Megilon: It was supposed to be just a 12 month tour. It ended up being 15 months! It's the "hurry up and wait game!" Thank you for stopping by!

A vanilla latte sounds good right now, if only the coffee houses close by were still open at 11:30 at night. Maybe tomorrow. Anyways, thanks for stopping by my MFF (even though I forget to title the entry)!
great fill-in!! Japan, yeah, i just don't know if I could handle that. we were just talking about it the other day. Experiencing the culture would be so amazing...and the whole base of preference thing after sounds good. Man, crazy.
so glad to have found you
