In no particular order...just off the top of my head! We also own these books and many of you may as well!

The only one I gave a brief description on is the last one as you may never have heard of the book!

2. Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown / Pictures by Clement Hurd

goodnight moon book

3. Chica Chica Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault / Illustration by Lois Ehlert

4. Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak

5. Wild About Books by Judy Sierra / Illustrated by Marc Brown.

This book many of you may not be familiar with but I highly recommend it. The illustration is amazing. You may recognize the name, Marc Brown, as he is behind the creation of Arthur the Aardvark. It tells a wonderful story of a librarian introducing books to a zoo for all the animals to enjoy. The animals ultimately love reading the books and help create their own library with the librarian who introduced them to books! Our son loves this book. For a 21 month old and how much words there are to sit through for each page he is extremely entertained, whether it be with the dialog or the amazing zoo animal pictures.
